Overview

McKinley Anderson concentrates her practice on representing management clients in labor and employment law matters.

Previously, she worked in the employment law section at a regional firm where her practice encompassed both litigation and counseling. While in law school, McKinley interned for the U.S. Department of Labor in the Atlanta regional office. She also focused on disability advocacy, working with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society as an Olmstead Disability Rights Clinic participant and Georgia Leadership & Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities trainee. Prior to attending law school, McKinley was a paralegal.
