Overview

Maximiliane Kempermann advises and represents domestic and international companies in the areas of personal and collective employment law. She has concentrated on employment law since the beginning of her career, gaining experience in boutique employment law firms as well as in major international law firms in Berlin and Bonn, where she was appointed partner in 2013. The focus of her work lies in reorganizing and restructuring companies, advising on the right of co-determination and industrial relations law, and counseling international clients.

Maximiliane was admitted to the bar in 2006. She is a specialized lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law.

She has authored many articles for German and international publications on a variety of topics concerning labor law. She is regularly invited by various legal and professional associations to speak on current topics in labor law.
