Overview

Mark Detwiler represents management in labor and employment law matters. 

Previously, he worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as labor counsel for the Human Resources Division. For over five years, Mark served as one of the Commonwealth’s chief labor and employment attorneys. He represented various Commonwealth agencies in grievance and contract arbitration, unfair labor practice charges, discrimination claims and provided general employment counseling. Mark also conducted numerous investigations into allegations of workplace violence, sexual harassment, discrimination and fraud.
