Overview

Marc D. Esterow advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws.

Before joining Littler, Marc clerked at an established regional law firm, and also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jerome B. Simandle, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.

During law school, he was a member of Drexel’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, where he represented an indigent client before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Marc served as articles editor of the Drexel Law Review.
