Lysette M. Roman represents and counsels employers on labor and employment law matters.
Her experience includes employment litigation, defending both public and private entities against discrimination and harassment claims under Title VII, ADA, and ADEA, as well as responding to EEOC charges. Lysette has experience defending management at arbitration over a wrongful termination claim. Her background also includes commercial litigation, where she drafted pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and defamation claims.
During law school, Lysette was co-president of the Hispanic Law Student Association and senior tech editor to War Crime Prosecution Watch online publication.
