As a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and based in North Carolina, Lindsay S. Christian is responsible for handling administrative agency charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focused on handling charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, Lindsay defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information and/or pursues resolution of the charge through formal or informal settlement negotiations.
Lindsay has represented employers in all aspects of employment and labor law in state and federal courts in New Jersey. In addition to employment litigation, she has handled unfair competition and trade secret litigation and discrimination and harassment issues. She also counseled clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including compliance with federal, state and local laws and employee handbooks and policies.
During law school, Lindsay worked as a law clerk at another firm. She also was involved with the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
