Overview

Linda Nguyen Bollinger represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, class actions, wage and hour, trade secrets and other proprietary information issues. She has appeared in state and federal court as well as arbitration, mediation, and administrative agency proceedings. 

Prior to joining Littler, Linda practiced employment defense at a boutique firm in Silicon Valley. While in law school, Linda served as editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Law Review. She also externed for the Hon. Jacqueline Duong of the Santa Clara Superior Court and Justice Nathan D. Mihara of the California Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District.
