Lauren E. DiGiovine represents clients in matters related to labor and employment laws.
Prior to joining Littler, Lauren was in-house counsel for a multinational corporation where she was responsible for several areas of oversight including employment law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and all matters relating to mitigation of Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) under the applicable national industrial security standards. As the lead employment counsel, she advised the company on all employment and labor matters including employee relations matters, drafting and enforcing internal policies and procedures, handling audits by the EEOC and OFCCP, and managing collective bargaining unit negotiations.
