Laura E. Schneider represents and advises employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both federal and state law. Her practice focuses on employment litigation and includes claims of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. Laura counsels clients across multiple industries to find best practice solutions to complex employment disputes.
Prior to joining Littler, Laura served as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented clients across the insurance, chemical, restaurant, and financial industries. Laura also served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company where her practice focused on real estate acquisitions and contract negotiation.
During law school, Laura served as senior editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She additionally served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Legislation & Regulation.
