Overview

Kofi Semenya, Jr. advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment and labor matters arising under federal and state laws, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and leave and accommodation issues. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts against claims arising under various state laws as well as:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Fair Labor Standards Act
  • Family and Medical Leave Act
  • Americans with Disabilities Act
  • Employee Retirement Income Security Act

Prior to joining Littler, Kofi practiced labor and employment law at a Columbus law firm.
