Kimberly Dennis is an experienced employment litigator who has served in both private practice and as associate general counsel for corporate law departments. Kim is a strategic partner who strives to help her clients solve legal challenges with cost-effective solutions and creative problem solving.

Kim's background includes experience with:

  • EEOC charges
  • internal investigations
  • drafting policies and procedures for companies with more than 20,000 employees, including leaves of absence policies and drug free workplace policies
  • mediation and arbitration
  • employer counseling regarding hiring, discipline and termination

During law school, Kim was a senior articles editor for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science and Technology, and a Moot Court board member.
