Kieran D. Hartley counsels and represents management clients in labor and employment matters.

Kieran has predominantly focused on California wage and hour class action and PAGA representative litigation, in addition to traditional labor, advice and counsel, and discrimination and harassment issues. He has touched every stage of litigation practice, from early evaluation, preliminary motion practice, discovery, mediations, and arbitrations and trial. Kieran was a key attorney in a PAGA-only bench trial regarding the provision of rest breaks.

Following law school, Kieran served as a law clerk to the Hon. Eduardo V. Rodriguez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, confronting a wide array of contested bankruptcy matters requiring resolution of complex issues of first impression.
