Kennell "Kenny" Sambour represents and advises public and private sector employers on a wide range of employment matters. Kenny works with his clients to provide tailored solutions to addressing the myriad of personnel issues that arise out of the employer-employee relationship and defends them in the event these workplace issues evolve into litigation. Kenny defends employers in single-plaintiff and class-action and representative matters, including actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
In addition to his employment litigation practice, Kenny focuses a significant portion of his practice on advising and defending employers in workplace safety and health matters under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the California OSHA (Cal/OSHA), including managing fatality investigations, conducting safety audits and reviewing safety programs in a wide array of industries. Kenny regularly appears on behalf of his clients in matters before Cal/OSHA.
Before joining Littler, Kenny worked in the Boston office of an AmLaw 200 firm where he represented business entities in a variety of general commercial litigation matters, including labor and employment law.
