Keith Rasher litigates wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters for employers of all sizes.
Keith has significant experience litigating cases brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, California Labor Code and Family Medical Leave Act / California Family Rights Act. His background includes taking and defending depositions, attending court hearings, engaging in formal and informal resolution discussions with opposing counsel, and preparing motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication. Keith’s practice has focused on litigating employment cases from start to finish while also working with clients on matters at the pre-litigation stage to facilitate a favorable resolution before a lawsuit is filed.
Keith has concentrated on employment law his entire career. Prior to joining Littler, he primarily practiced employment law at a large insurance defense firm. He also worked as a plaintiff-side employment attorney during his first year of practice.
