Overview

Kayla K. Cox focuses her practice on counseling management on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Kayla worked at a regional law firm as a litigator, where she successfully defended clients against claims in state and federal court. Kayla is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, law and motions, complex discovery issues, arbitration, mediation, and jury and bench trials.  

During law school, she was on the University of the Pacific Law Review board of editors, was symposium chair for the California Water Law Symposium, and on the executive board of the Public Legal Services Society.
