Overview

Katharine McCall's practice includes representing private and public employers in all stages of litigation and all aspects of labor and employment law, including defense of claims involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and contract disputes. In addition to defending employers in litigation and administrative proceedings, her practice includes regularly providing advice, counseling and training to employers on various workplace matters, including family and medical leave, termination, independent contractor and trade secret agreements, workplace safety, risk management, wage and hour compliance, and implementation and use of proper personnel policies and procedures.

Katharine has particular experience in helping employers navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges it presents in the areas of workplace safety and health, administration of employee leaves, remote work and return to work policies.
