Overview

Kameron T. Miller focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Kameron has represented employers in traditional labor matters, including arbitration, union elections, and unfair labor practice charges. She also has experience representing employers in a variety of labor and employment matters in both state and federal court, before administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.

Prior to joining Littler, Kameron represented employers and employees in both state and federal court with a primary focus on employment litigation. Her practice spanned a wide range of labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, and noncompete agreements.

Kameron is also a dynamic presenter and has conducted numerous training sessions for clients, bar associations and other organizations throughout the country on various employment and labor law topics.

An active member of her community and within the legal profession, Kameron has served on the board of several nonprofits and bar associations.
