Julie Monroe represents employers in various aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice focuses on individual and class action matters involving termination issues under state and federal discrimination laws, workplace privacy and data security, and wage and hour disputes.

During law school, Julie was an editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked in human resources and talent acquisition, where she recruited domestically and internationally for roles in technology, hospitality, and real estate development.
