Julia S. Arnold advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law. She defends management in administrative charges and employment litigation before the state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Wisconsin Equal Rights Division, and the Madison Equal Opportunities Commission. She has handled appeals to the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, Wisconsin Courts, and the Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission. In addition, Julia provides advice to businesses of all sizes regarding employment policies and procedures, hiring and investigations, performance management, and workplace privacy issues, including social media, electronic resources, and BYOD policies.
