Joseph Ursic’s practice includes litigation, advice and counseling, and preventative measures, including hiring, performance management, and termination.
Joe regularly represents and advises employers on matters of employment law, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, class action, and other employment-related issues.
Before joining Littler, Joe handled general litigation and employment matters at a mid-size litigation firm.
During law school, he was a national competing member of the American Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Client Counseling competitions, and was a judicial extern for the Hon. Tonson T. Ong of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
