Jose Macias, Jr., advises and represents employers in all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Jose practiced commercial litigation and defense of professional malpractice in San Jose, California. He also served as a post-graduate attorney law clerk in the Employment, Regulations, and Administrative Law Section at the California Attorney General's Office, defending state government agencies in employment and constitutional issues filed in federal and state courts.

In law school, Jose served as editor-in-chief of UCLA's Chicana/o-Latina/o Law Review.
