Overview

José J. Santiago focuses his practice in workmen's compensation litigation as well as wage and hour, discrimination and labor arbitration claims. He began his career serving as Hearing Examiner at the Industrial Commission of Puerto Rico.

José has conducted labor seminars for the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association and presented to a variety of organizations about workmen's compensation.
