Jonathan A. Sprague represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. He has experience representing employers in cases involving wage and hour disputes, discrimination, and competition and trade secret law. Additionally, Jonathan is often involved in traditional labor law matters, including labor arbitrations and matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Some of Jonathan’s experience includes:

  • Representing a multi-state restaurant chain in a trade-secret theft and trade-dress infringement matter
  • Representing an international oilfield service company in a trade-secret theft matter
  • Representing and advising various employers in discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment matters before state and federal courts and state and federal agencies

Jonathan also has experience advising employers on various employment-related policies and documents, especially drug and alcohol testing policies.
