Joseph D. Weiner advises and represents employers on a wide range of employment matters in state and federal courts. He has notable experience with claims involving:

- The Federal Railroad Safety Act (FRSA)
- The Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- The Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
Joe litigates throughout the country and has successfully tried cases in court and arbitrations as well as before the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Adminstrative Law Judges. He has also appeared on behalf of clients in front of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the 6th and 8th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Joe is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. He was also appointed to serve on the Federal Practice Committee for the District of Minnesota, which is responsible for assisting the court in matters related to the federal rules of practice and procedure.
Prior to joining Littler, Joe clerked for the Hon. Ann D. Montgomery in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Before practicing law, he taught middle school English in Houston, Texas.
