Jessica J. Bradley practices in all areas of employment law. She has experience representing employers in:

  • Charges of discrimination and retaliation
  • Whistleblower actions
  • FRSA claims
  • Labor-management relations

Jessica has experience handling and resolving a broad range of issues in state and federal courts, arbitration, and before state and federal agencies.  

Before joining Littler, Jessica worked in the corporate legal department of a large private corporation with retail stores throughout the Midwest, where she managed litigation of general liability, intellectual property and employment law claims and assisted with employee benefit plan compliance.
