Jennifer Tsao represents employers in litigation of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and wage and hour issues. Her practice highlights include prevailing against one of the largest healthcare companies in California for trade secrets violation after a four-week jury trial, as well as obtaining critical injunctive relief on behalf of a major magazine publisher in connection with litigation spanning three separate jurisdictions and potentially involving $10 million in exposure.

Jennifer also advises employers on day-to-day workforce concerns and assists employers in achieving compliance with state and federal employment laws.

During law school, Jennifer served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and as a legal services intern for Asian Americans Advancing Justice, formerly known as the Asian Pacific American Legal Center.
