Overview

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team and based in Florida, Jaclyn S. Clark is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, she defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Jaclyn has extensive experience representing employers varying in size from small family-owned businesses to several Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining Littler, Jaclyn was employed at a large full-service regional law firm. She focused her practice on advising employers and human resources personnel on a wide variety of employment law matters. She also served as outside employment litigation counsel for one of the largest employers in the state of Florida.
