Ignacio D. Bermúdez Elizondo counsels national and international companies on individual and collective labor law matters as well as on social security matters.

Ignacio offers clients preventive consultations and represents companies in labor trials, negotiations with employees and collective bargaining agreements.

Ignacio has participated in strike processes, employment substitution proceedings of clients' employees, collective bargaining agreement discussions, auditing labor trials (where clients are being represented by other lawyers), and in the negotiation, settlement, and dismissal of employees during massive terminations. He has helped corporations negotiate and settle labor trials as well as draft employment and termination agreements. His experience includes representing companies in proceedings held before the Labor Court.
