Ian T. Maher routinely represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims.
Ian has experience in many stages of class action litigation including enforcing class action waivers in arbitration agreements, resolving matters on an individual or class basis prior to class certification, opposing class certification, conducting blitz interviews, and taking issues on appeal. He is widely recognized for his commitment to exceptional client service.
Prior to joining Littler, Ian worked in the business litigation department of an international general practice law firm.
