Overview

Holly J. Stewart focuses her practice on representing management in labor and employment matters. 

Holly has assisted in representing management in employment-related litigation at the trial level of both state and federal courts. She also has experience in the arbitration of collective bargaining disputes, and in administrative proceedings involving the defense of statutory discrimination and retaliation claims, unfair labor practice charges, and wage and hour claims.
