Overview

Hector J. Rodriguez advises and represents clients in a variety of employment matters under federal and state laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Hector worked at a local civil litigation firm. During law school, he served as a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE).

Active in the community, Hector volunteered at the Santa Clara University School of Law’s Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center, which provides pro bono legal advice and representation. He was also an attorney volunteer for the nonprofit organization Community Legal Services (CLSEPA) in East Palo Alto, California.
