Hector Galeano handles all aspects of business visas and immigration related employer compliance investigations. He prepares and oversees the preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings with the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State and drafts labor certifications for submission with the Department of Labor (DOL). He counsels employers on immigration compliance in matters related to ICE I-9 Audits, DOL investigations, and investigations by the Office of Special Counsel for Immigration Related Discrimination. As part of the Global Mobility team, he works with local counsel to develop strategies for employers on employment visas and work permits for other jurisdictions including: Brazil, the United Kingdom, China, Mexico and India. 

Prior to joining Littler, Hector appeared before the immigration court handling complex removal proceedings, asylum cases, and family based immigration matters. He has also worked with local counsel to prepare employment visas for other countries.
