Hayden Ford Bashinski focuses his practice on labor and employment law issues. He has experience defending clients in matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, administrative personnel boards and agencies, as well as state and federal courts. In addition to his litigation practice, Hayden regularly provides counseling and guidance to clients on employee handbooks and policies, disciplinary investigations, and significant personnel decisions.

During law school, Hayden served as the student materials editor for the Cumberland Law Review and was selected by faculty as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow.
