Hannah Mahon advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, and specialises in complex and strategically challenging employment tribunal litigation, most recently advising on high value discrimination and whistleblowing matters.
She has an abundance of experience in advising employers on the full range of employee relations issues with an increasing international exposure including reorganisations, employee exits and severance packages, and disciplinary and grievance matters. Hannah is particularly interested in gender pay and equal pay within the workplace and the wider issues of diversity and inclusion faced by employers.
Hannah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is a long-standing member of ELA’s Training Committee. She also manages the London office's knowledge and training capabilities, keeping clients and the team up to date with legal developments, presenting internal and external training courses. Hannah is a regular contributor to the firm's webinars and publications.
