Overview

Géraldine Boeuf advises companies on issues related to individual and collective employment law, particularly corporate restructuring, in matters ranging from due diligence to post-merger integration.

She has more than twelve years of experience providing counsel in labor law. Concentrating in the fields of employment law, social security law and social welfare, she regularly advises and represents clients at all stages of the employment relationship, from hiring to termination. In addition to counsel and litigation, she also conducts training sessions for her clients.

Géraldine works with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to international corporations. Her clients operate in a wide variety of sectors including insurance, chemicals, engineering, textiles, metallurgy and construction, among others.

As a trial lawyer, she represents her clients throughout France and pleads in all courts - Labor Court, Court of Appeals, Social Security Court, Administrative Court and Criminal Court. She provides litigation services in cases related to termination of employment contracts, collective bargaining matters, professional elections, discrimination and workplace harassment, work-related injuries and occupational illness. 

Géraldine regularly contributes in-depth articles on a variety of subjects to leading French legal publications.
