Overview

Frank W. Buck focuses his practice on labor relations for both private and public sector clients and has served as the chief negotiator for employers in many negotiations, including those involving bargaining units of 1,000 to 14,000 employees. He also has extensive experience with a wide range of employment law matters, including:

Frank regularly represents clients before the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, the State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and other state and federal agencies. He also appears before all levels of the federal and state courts, including the United States Supreme Court, on a variety of matters, including claims arising under:

  • The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act
