Francis J. Bingham represents employers before state and federal courts and agencies. He has experience litigating disputes involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment statutes.

In law school, Francis served on the executive board of the Boston College Law Review.
