Francesca M. Lanpher advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including both single plaintiff and class action matters. She has experience handling all phases of litigation in state and federal court and arbitration.

Francesca also enjoys working with clients to provide tailored advice in nonlitigation employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, she was a summer associate and an associate attorney at a boutique firm for four years. While in law school, Francesca served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Ronald Whyte, USDC Northern District, San Jose. She also served as a legal extern at the U.N. hybrid war crimes tribunal in Cambodia. 

Prior to law school, Francesca served as a communications and marketing assistant at a global law firm and worked at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City. Francesca is a 2009 graduate of Johns Hopkins, where she played varsity soccer.
