Overview

Estee Bartell represents employers of all types and sizes in various aspects of state and federal employment and labor law, such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodation, and alleged wage and hour violations. She represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies such as the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, National Labor Relations Board, and the Agricultural Labor Relations Board. 

Prior to joining Littler, Estee worked for a large San Diego hotel company assisting in various legal matters such as labor relations, wage and hour compliance, the accommodation and interactive process, and NLRB compliance.

In law school, she served for two semesters as a judicial extern to the Hon. Larry A. Burns of the Southern District of California. Estee graduated with a concentration in Employment and Labor Law.
