Overview

Erik J. Christensen advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under both state and federal laws.

Prior to joining Littler, Erik was a junior partner at a small law firm where he started the firm’s labor and employment practice, which included class action and PAGA defense. He also focused on business transaction, helping corporate clients defeat issues in litigation while  helping them grow their business. This included review and guidance on franchise agreements, contract drafting, development of new corporate policies, and navigating new and changing health and safety laws to release new products.

Erik previously served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ming Chin at the California Supreme Court and for the Hon. Timothy Reardon at the California First District Court of Appeal, Division Four. Erik also has experience as a law clerk in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office Victim Impact Program.
