Emily Giraldo is an experienced attorney who gravitates to areas of the law, like employment law and data privacy, that are constantly developing and provide her opportunities to engage with policy.

Prior to joining Littler, Emily practiced as a regulatory attorney for a large public utility in Colorado. In this position, she enjoyed providing practical regulatory compliance advice with a focus on data privacy and litigating a broad range of administrative proceedings at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission. Emily was recognized for her instrumental role in securing Commission approval of the utility’s inaugural Transportation Electrification Plan, designed to advance the widespread adoption of electric vehicles in Colorado.

Before working for the utility, Emily practiced commercial litigation at a large national law firm in Philadelphia.
