Emily F. David advises and represents employers in all areas of employment and labor law.

Prior to joining Littler, she served as in-house labor and employment counsel for a luxury specialty retailer. She advised on a broad range of labor and employment matters including leave and accommodation requests, wage and hour compliance, labor relations, discrimination and harassment investigations, employee benefits, disciplinary actions and terminations, and policy development and trainings. 

Before moving in-house, Emily worked as a litigation associate in the New York office of a large international law firm.
