Elizabeth Pratt advises and represents management in in a wide range of employment law issues. A large part of her practice is devoted to handling single-plaintiff employment litigation arising under various state laws as well as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She has litigation experience at the administrative, state, and federal levels, where she has handled charges of discrimination and retaliation, wage and hour issues, workers’ compensation claims, restrictive covenant and contract disputes, and employee benefits claims.
