Edward Belam's practice covers all aspects of employment law. He works with businesses ranging from tech start-ups to PLCs and the London offices of overseas companies. He advises on terminations, restructurings and redundancies, whistleblowing, discrimination, Employment Tribunal litigation, bonuses and drafting employment contracts.
Ed also enjoys supporting VC investments and corporate transactions (especially those with a TUPE element), identifying associated employment risks and advising on how to mitigate them.
