Dylan M. Long focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Dylan was an associate at a Kansas City area firm, where he gained federal and state litigation experience in complex civil actions and commercial disputes including banking, financial services, consumer rights, Section 1983 actions, real estate, employment, ERISA and FLSA actions. He was responsible for a litigation caseload in federal and state courts including fact investigation, legal research, development of case theories and strategies, drafting legal documents and briefs, discovery, oral argument, settlement negotiations, mediation, and hearings. Dylan was the primary associate responsible for drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, and discovery documents including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, complaints, requests for production, interrogatories, and third-party subpoenas. Dylan also has FLSA wage and hour experience.
During law school, Dylan served as a legal intern for a full service law firm, as well as for Legal Services for Students at the University of Kansas. In addition, he served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael J. Malone of the Douglas County District Court.
