Overview

Dr. Lisa M. Thomas advises and represents employers in a range of labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Lisa was an associate at a large international law firm in Dallas, representing clients in commercial litigation as well as environmental and employment matters.

During law school, Lisa worked for a New York-based publisher and was a law clerk at the U.S. Office of Special Counsel, working with whistleblowers in the federal government. She was also a student attorney for a landlord-tenant clinic, representing low-income tenants in Washington, D.C. Superior Court.

Prior to law school, Lisa worked in publishing as well as in academia, teaching composition and American literature at Texas Christian University and the University of California at San Diego.
