David Blanc concentrates in social law, which includes labor law and social security law. He has a proven track record in managing individual and collective labor relations through both counsel and litigation.

In this role, he has worked with companies of every size – from small businesses to international corporations – to address all issues related to this field, and particularly topics such as working hours, supplemental compensation, employee savings plans, optimization of labor costs, corporate restructuring, etc. David has also developed particular knowledge regarding organization of working time (annualization, days off to compensate for overtime, calculation of working time in days, etc.). He regularly participates in acquisition audits to assess the labor practices of the acquired company and assess employee-related liabilities or risks on the basis of quantitative estimates.

In addition to traditional tasks related to legal practice, David plays an extensive role in doctrine development as the author of numerous articles in legal journals. He also conducts training programs for individual and intercompany corporate legal departments on news-relevant topics: reform regarding difficult working conditions, Macron and Rebsamen Acts, El Khomri Labor Reform Act, etc. This work has placed him at the forefront of developments in the fields of legislation, case law and contract law.

Firmly focused on finding practical and operational solutions, David offers his clients the benefits of his legal experience with “turnkey” services, together with concrete examples, precise calculations to assess related risks, as well as drafts of all documents necessary to implement solutions. Thanks to his creativity and proactiveness, qualities shared by all members of his team, David stands out in the field of legal services by thinking “outside the box,” meeting reasonable deadlines and guiding clients from A to Z as they develop and implement their projects.

He has been a trainer at Dalloz Formations, led workshops for various training centers, and is a CGPME contributor, moderating conferences and providing assistance to small businesses.
