Darin Jones focuses his practice on representing management in labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Darin represented and counseled educational institutions while employed at a California law firm. His practice covered a wide range of topics affecting schools and colleges, including employment matters, collective bargaining, student discipline, governance, investigations, and ethics.

Darin began his legal career at a multinational information technology company where he previously served as a summer associate. There, he counseled clients on labor and employment issues, and represented the company in litigation.

During law school, Darin was a managing editor of the Washington Law Review and a member of the University of Washington Moot Court Honor Board. He earned multiple awards for his written and oral advocacy skills. Darin also completed externships with the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Washington, and in the chambers of the Hon. James L. Robart, United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington.

Darin also holds bachelor's and master's degrees in music.
