Overview

Cooper J. Spinelli advises and represents employers in a variety of employment matters arising under federal and state laws.

Before joining Littler, Cooper clerked for the Hon. Steven Berlin at the United States Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, where he worked on matters arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and federal whistleblower laws.

During law school, Cooper interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, D.C. and worked as a research assistant for Professor Jeffrey Lubbers, a leading expert on federal rulemaking. Cooper was also a senior editor for the Administrative Law Review, the official law journal of the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.
