Overview

Cody Emily Schvaneveldt represents a range of clients, including small businesses and multinational corporations, in labor and employment matters. She has defended against single-plaintiff and class action wage and hour claims under Oregon, California and Federal law. Cody has also advised clients on various human resources and employment policies.  

In law school, she served as a legal writing and advocacy student fellow, was a Hale Moot Court semifinalist, and was awarded third place best brief at the 2015 Vanderbilt National First Amendment Moot Court Competition. Cody completed a judicial externship in the Central District of California.
